Nice animation
U need to be a bit for fluid with ur movements. A few better poses.
anyway. Did u use pivot?
If it is keep animating and you'll get better.
If its flash.
very well done but again need better movements so it looks better.

...Those pivot animations are novice at highest. No offense, but they aren't smooth or eased or anything. Work on your movements and fluidity as Death said.
The Flash animation, good for a first. Try making a stickman now.
